okay so my stomach is getting kind of fat i do about 60 sit-ups a day is that okay ? i dont want to run or anything becasue i dont want to lose my butt and my boobs but what can i avoid eating and what can i eat more of to lose my stomach nd get a flat stomach ? thanks .

if i do cardio videos, the bender ball, and just plain old sit ups and running everynight do you think i’ll have a flat stomach by april?

Does anyone know how to get your stomach flat, quite easily. I’m not massive, i just have that excess on me that i don’t need, although i am VERY conscious of my stomach. I do sit ups, but will that help ? and how long will i have to keep this up for ? would it be flat by the summer ?

I am a 14 year old girl. I weigh 103lbs and i am 5′4". I exercise everyday and do at least 100 sit ups. i eat well but i can’t seem to lose some fat on the bottom of my stomach. what should i do?

I’m only in 8th grade and need more advice besides "do sit ups ad go on a diet" i do 100 sit ups and 10 push ups every night but as soon as i eat again i feel like all the calories i burned had just come back. and my stomach is round so when i eat it gets a little big. i have an athletic body but a little flub on the side. when i wake up in the mornings my stomach is flat and its looks alright, but as soon as I eat, weather I eat a little or allot, my stomach ges big and I have to hold it in. I do sit ups every night and now I have slight abs but it doesn’t work my lower abs and by stomach still gets big when I eat or drink water. PLZ HELP!!!

im normal weight i went from 140lb to 134
i weigh less then my friend but i have a gut stll
my friend is taller and were both 15
i’ve been running 6 days a week for 30 min then 60 sit ups
I average 14-18 miles a week
i only eat 3 meals a day

I have been pigging out lately, meaning No more flat belly :(
