i am 15, 5′ 6” and weigh about 140 lbs. i have love handles and a not so flat stomach. i also want to lose some of the fat on my thighs. i have a beach trip planned in 3 weeks. how can i lose weight in that short of time and get great results
My thighs are fine its just my butt and stomach. I’m not super fat but im not skinny either. I’m not looking for things i have to buy like special pills or what ever and im not asking for abs and nice butt in 10 minutes. I just want some kind of routine or what ever to help me work on them.
I have a somewhat chubby stomach, skinny arms, okay thighs& big boobs.
How can I keep my thighs and boobs the same but get a flat stomach and bigger arms?

i’m 5′1” and i weigh 110 i have nice legs nice thighs nice arms and a nice butt, but all my weight gatehrs in my stomach how do i make it go away? i’m 13, and randomly i’ve just been starving lately and overeating, how can i get over this habit? and get a small slender body?
I need to get a flat stomach. Now it’s not THAT big, but it sometimes bothers me. and the fat in my thighs jiggle, that i would like to slim it down a bit.
what are some easy ways to do that??

My legs are not fat at all, it’s just muscle. But, the muscle makes my thighs and calfs (spelling?) huge. How can I make my calfs and thighs thinner?
My stomach isn’t fat either. I just have a gut. I can just bend over a little and you can definitely see I have a gut. How can I make my stomach flatter?
