I’m 5′ 9" around 142 pounds and almost 18.

I’m athletic and played sports all my life. Now that I’m done with sports I go work out at the gym. I know I’m not fat or anything, but I do have a little extra flab around my stomach area. I have bad love handles that I must have just developed within the last few years because I never had them before.

I hate running and I know that’s the only way you’ll get abs or a flat stomach, along with a good diet.

There’s my other problem. I am an extreamly picky eater. I don’t like salads, I don’t like any fruits or veggies except grapes, watermelon, strawberry (only in a smoothy), corn and potatoes. Yep, that’s it. And I don’t eat them very often at all.

When I go to the gym I’ll run for a little while as a warm up, usually no longer than 5 minutes. Then I’ll work out my abs anywhere from 30-60 minutes. I may go back and run a little longer but in total, I don’t usualy run more than 15 minutes.

How else can I work out to get rid of my love handles and get a flat stomach?

I have a great body, except for my stomach area.
I am a teenager so its hard for me to stick to a diet.
I need a fast working, super easy plan.
I have been doing 60curl-ups every night for the last 3 weeks and it hasn’t changed one thing.

I used to have a really flat and strong stomach but over the years i’ve been putting on quite a bit of fat on my stomach. As a dancer I do need to have a strong stomach so I was wondering if anyone has any workouts or exercises etc that burn off fat and help my stomach area. Also any ideas on specific foods which are good and healthy to burn off fat would also be welcome. Thankyou.

So I’ve noticed I’m gaining a bit of weight around the stomach area and I wanna make my stomach flat again.

A friend told me I have to do 100 sit ups a day and skip with a skipping rope for 10 minutes straight. Is this true?

So, I have about 3 months to achieve this goal. The reason for it is that I want to enter this beauty pageant that awards scholarship money to college for the winners (I really need it).It’s for this county fair that we have here in our valley and so part of the competition is to wear a costume that reveals your entire tummy area. Ok so i would like to know how to get a flat stomach. Im in cross country, and im not fat, i just have some fat in my stomach area(lol). Everyone in cross country is skinny and i feel kinda out of shape when im changing(im a good runner though, for a begginer). Please help, thank you
