My stomach sticks out, but when I grab it, it doesn’t feel like fat. I already work out a little everyday and try to stay active, and I eat relatively healthy. I am within or under the normal bracket for my age, weight, and height. I was wondering how to get the part of my stomach that sticks out to flatten so it doesn’t look like I have a gut.

I was thinking about having a colon cleansing done but i have a few questions.
1. I understand that you have to "shit" out all of the off the "stuff" stored in your stomach, but for how long does the process take, or how long will you be shitting for?

2. I understand that once you do the cleansing you can easily gain back all the stuff stored in your stomach again if you don’t eat well, but how long does it take to actually gain it all back ?

OK so I’m 16 and I weigh 140 pounds and I am like 5,6 – 5,7
I have like a "tire" bulge or whatever you want to call it (tummy, muffin top, etc) I just want it gone. I don’t find it attractive and ex-specially in a bikini which is one of the reasons that I need it to gone or at least receding quite a bit in under two weeks.
What can I do? I don’t want to starve myself because that can give you a stomach olcur(sp?)
And starving yourself makes you store up water in your body and hence you get the infamous "water belly" .
So if you know what I can do your help is greatly needed :)

Does anyone know how to get your stomach flat, quite easily. I’m not massive, i just have that excess on me that i don’t need, although i am VERY conscious of my stomach. I do sit ups, but will that help ? and how long will i have to keep this up for ? would it be flat by the summer ?

Well i wouldn’t say im fat, but i guess i have some "flab". And I hate the way my stomach looks so if anyone has any advice on how to get a flat or better looking stomach, please tell me!!!!!

I am a 14 year old girl. I weigh 103lbs and i am 5′4". I exercise everyday and do at least 100 sit ups. i eat well but i can’t seem to lose some fat on the bottom of my stomach. what should i do?

I was just wondering, if I do 40-50 crunches and run up and down stairs 10 times every day, how long would it take me to flatten my stomach? I have quite a bit of tummy fat, not a ton, but I would like to get it beach-flat.

P.S. I already don’t drink soda, and fruits are a pretty large part of my diet.

My stomach is somewhat flat , but I have a 6 pack , which I hate . And if I suck in my stomach to make it really flat , it shows even more ! The only time my stomach is flat is in the morning , after i wake up . I WANT FLAT BELLY ALL THE TIME !!

My thighs are fine its just my butt and stomach. I’m not super fat but im not skinny either. I’m not looking for things i have to buy like special pills or what ever and im not asking for abs and nice butt in 10 minutes. I just want some kind of routine or what ever to help me work on them.

What do I do to get an an amazing body in less han two months (what exercises and what to eat)? How to I stay motivated to keep up with it?

The first response was "Are you joking"? Well no. I’m only in 8th grade and need more advice besides "do sit ups ad go on a diet" i do 100 sit ups and 10 push ups every night but as soon as i eat again i feel like all the calories i burned had just come back. and my stomach is round so when i eat it gets a little big. i have an athletic body but a little flub on the side. Ok so im doing the colon cleansing diet/ fasting. Im just starting so of course im gona feel a little full for a day or 2 but is there any way that i can feel full without eating a single thing. Would drinking a bottle of water with those crystal light powders in it be too sugary for my stomach and the fast will be worthless? Any thing you know about this, please tell

Hey all well prom is in a week and i already have a decent looking dress…its nothin fancy un4tunatly but its still cute…everything is cool exept for my stomach..it not like ‘BIG’..but it showz on the dress :s sooo i was jus wondring if there was anythin i can do to get rid of it..oh tried dietin n push upz by the way lol
