okay so my stomach is getting kind of fat i do about 60 sit-ups a day is that okay ? i dont want to run or anything becasue i dont want to lose my butt and my boobs but what can i avoid eating and what can i eat more of to lose my stomach nd get a flat stomach ? thanks .

if i do cardio videos, the bender ball, and just plain old sit ups and running everynight do you think i’ll have a flat stomach by april?

I am a 14 year old girl. I weigh 103lbs and i am 5′4". I exercise everyday and do at least 100 sit ups. i eat well but i can’t seem to lose some fat on the bottom of my stomach. what should i do?

I’m 13 and I’m 5,6 and around 140, with a horrifying belly. I do 200 sit ups around every day, but still eat a lot of junk food. :p I want to know any other exercises to speed it up, and ways to help the urge to snack ;p Thanks.

I’m only in 8th grade and need more advice besides "do sit ups ad go on a diet" i do 100 sit ups and 10 push ups every night but as soon as i eat again i feel like all the calories i burned had just come back. and my stomach is round so when i eat it gets a little big. i have an athletic body but a little flub on the side. ok im 5′5 and 120 pounds. i am trying so hard to get a flat stomach. its not fat its just not flat lol. i been doing 200 sit ups each day for a month now. how long do i have to do that in order to start seeing results. any help .. please.

So I’ve noticed I’m gaining a bit of weight around the stomach area and I wanna make my stomach flat again.

A friend told me I have to do 100 sit ups a day and skip with a skipping rope for 10 minutes straight. Is this true?

What else am I supposed to do?

im normal weight i went from 140lb to 134
i weigh less then my friend but i have a gut stll
my friend is taller and were both 15
i’ve been running 6 days a week for 30 min then 60 sit ups
I average 14-18 miles a week
i only eat 3 meals a day
