My goal is not to loose weight, but to get a flat tummy and make my abs somewhat stronger.
So can anyone give me some workout sites or exercises that can help me reach my goal in less than 2 months? Also, what foods should I eat and drinks I should drink to help?
There are a lot of internal cleansing products on the market. How do i know which ones are good and which ones are just "get skinny quick" pills that do nothing to cleanse you….Im not trying to do an internal cleanse to loose weight i don’t want to loose weight, i just feel bloated all the time and i think a good internal cleansing product will help…
I go running every day and I eat pretty well and I’ve seen myself loose weight so I know it is not a genetic stronghold. I don’t need abs like a body builder i would like to look kind of like sporty spice.
