I’m 13 and I’m 5,6 and around 140, with a horrifying belly. I do 200 sit ups around every day, but still eat a lot of junk food. :p I want to know any other exercises to speed it up, and ways to help the urge to snack ;p Thanks.
I eat junk food but I eat at least two pieces of fruit every day. I do dancing twice a week. How can I get a flat stomach. I am liek addicted to junk food I can go without chocolate but not without crisps. I am not fat by the way, I am thin about 50- 55 kg. I am 17 years old too.
I am normally a very healthy person. But these last weeks I have been depressed and eating a lot of junk food (a LOT) and so I have gained about 7 lbs and feel horrible and unhealthy. I wanted to know if anyone could give me advice on colon cleansing products out there. Thanks!!
I was wondering with any cleanse would it take away any cravings for junk food.

Ok so im 18 5′4 and 114. I have had troubles with my stomach for as long as i can remember so i went to the natralpath doctor today and he says i have problems with my colon not stomach. He gave me a colon cleanse to do once a week. he says it is very healthy and will clean me out and make my colon function better. he also said to cut down on sugars in fruit etc, wheat and dairy. will the colon cleanse help me lose a few pounds? how long til i start to feel a difference- less bloated etc, straight away. has anyone ever done this before?
