I don’t wanna sound weird or anything but I want to know how to get a body just like Kim kardashian. She has a flat stomach & a big butt. Does anyone know of the exercises & diet I must maintain to get that type of body?
Heard wonderful things about colon cleansing… I bought one of the better ones, did not change my diet but followed direction EXACTLY, and now ive put on close to eight pounds. any suggestions to what i might be doing wrong?
if i do cardio videos, the bender ball, and just plain old sit ups and running everynight do you think i’ll have a flat stomach by april?

I was just wondering, if I do 40-50 crunches and run up and down stairs 10 times every day, how long would it take me to flatten my stomach? I have quite a bit of tummy fat, not a ton, but I would like to get it beach-flat.
Please help me!
P.S. I already don’t drink soda, and fruits are a pretty large part of my diet.
I read about a diet that includes cleansing your colon to get rid of the toxins that build up inside you.

I’m 5′ 9" around 142 pounds and almost 18.
I’m athletic and played sports all my life. Now that I’m done with sports I go work out at the gym. I know I’m not fat or anything, but I do have a little extra flab around my stomach area. I have bad love handles that I must have just developed within the last few years because I never had them before.
I hate running and I know that’s the only way you’ll get abs or a flat stomach, along with a good diet.
There’s my other problem. I am an extreamly picky eater. I don’t like salads, I don’t like any fruits or veggies except grapes, watermelon, strawberry (only in a smoothy), corn and potatoes. Yep, that’s it. And I don’t eat them very often at all.
When I go to the gym I’ll run for a little while as a warm up, usually no longer than 5 minutes. Then I’ll work out my abs anywhere from 30-60 minutes. I may go back and run a little longer but in total, I don’t usualy run more than 15 minutes.
How else can I work out to get rid of my love handles and get a flat stomach?
I’m only 14, but I want abs or just a really flat stomach. I guess I’d be willing to go on somewhat of a diet but nothing crazy. I do 5 different kind of abs exercises everyday 20 each (so, 100 total). And I don’t really see that much of a result. I want to be healthy, and I want a flat stomach/abs. Any advice? Tips? Diets?

I’m only in 8th grade and need more advice besides "do sit ups ad go on a diet" i do 100 sit ups and 10 push ups every night but as soon as i eat again i feel like all the calories i burned had just come back. and my stomach is round so when i eat it gets a little big. i have an athletic body but a little flub on the side. OK, i’m 15 years old and weigh 179 lbs and i want a flat stomach. Right now my stomach probably not too fat but its not skinny either, my lower abdomen is really fat but my upper is small. But i don’t have love handles. I don’t feel like my body’s not in proportion because my thighs are fat and big thighs (i feel uncomfortable sometimes because it can’t fit under some of my school desks), my hips are nice, my butt is really big and ppl slap and comment it a lot saying its big. And i want to tone it because i don’t want guys to want me for the wrong reason.but i don’t to LOSE it just want it TONED. i feel if i tone my butt and thighs and if i have a flat stomach i would have the perfect body. Trust me i don’t have self esteem problems i love my body i’m just not comfortable in it. All of my friends are skinny and have flat stomachs but i don’t want to fit in with them. i believe if i just have a flat stomach, toned thighs and butt i would stand out more and i would have more confidence, so when guys come up to me they just don’t want me for my butt. so can you please help me and what are some exercises and how should i change my diet.

I have heard so much about how affective the Acai berry diet is. However, I have also heard that you should do the Acai berry diet along with a colon cleansing supplement. I am nervous and unsure about the colon cleansing supplement and I am wondering if I can not take it and still lose weight with the Acai berry diet alone.
Besides fiber in your diet and lots of water, are there other foods I can eat or natural ways to cleanse the colon without pills, powders, or doctor’s visits?

I gave birth to my second child in June of 2007. Throughout the whole pregnancy I was constipated. I still feel that way. The second part to the question is….I have worked my butt off. I have done diet after diet and I have been working out and I can’t lose the weight. Will a colon cleansing help me lose some of the weight and help me to not feel so constipated. And does anyone have any good ideas on how to lose weight even though I have tried really hard. Please help me!
Metamucil seems a little more safe then taking pills and it is all about adding fiber to the diet. So I am thinking Metamucil would be a good way to cleanse, versus buying the pills.
