I was just wondering, if I do 40-50 crunches and run up and down stairs 10 times every day, how long would it take me to flatten my stomach? I have quite a bit of tummy fat, not a ton, but I would like to get it beach-flat.
Please help me!
P.S. I already don’t drink soda, and fruits are a pretty large part of my diet.

i really want a flat stomach and thinner thighs. my somach is bigger at the bottom, like arond my belly button, and when i sit, if i don’t suck it in, it bulges over my waistline on my pants. i want it flat. and i try crunches and everything. and i do wall sits, for my thighs. is there anything else i can try? i wanna look good by thanksgiving, or at least by christmas. thanks.

So my dad got a colon cleansing kit..I read that you can lose quite a bit of weight if you use it. So, if i use this, eat healthy foods, and do crunches and stuff, and drink a ton of water, can i lose weight before the 26th?

I am doing 200 crunches per day. I am 13 years old (please don’t say ‘you’re far too young for that’, because I know what I’m doing.

i ALWAYS wanted a really flat stomach and my mom was really stressed latley and she stopped eating, my mom was drinking these things called "insure" that i drink everyday for breakfast. my stomach is kinda big and i am so self consious about it. ive been doing alot of crunches but i dont really get any results,
on a normal day i usually eat:
breakfast: insure
lunch: salad or turkey wrap at school
dinner: subway,fruit or nuts (sometimes out to eat)

but on the weekends i eat so much and i cant control it, on weekdays do you think i over eat?? what should i do to lose weight and get a REALLY flat stomach without going to the gym or too much exersize??

Im 5′1 and 118 pounds. I don’t have a big belly but its not flat either. I know that in order to get a flat stomach you have to remove the layer of fat covering the belly. Im getting rid of the fat by running and doing cardio. I also do a lot of crunches for the abs to show. How many should I do per day and for how long? Thanks in advance!
