I have been looking at some products for colon cleansing & am a little skeptical if it would be beneficial just from a wellness aspect…
I see a weight loss/cosmetic dr every tuesday.
After mentioning my irregular bowl movement he recommended
a 15 day colon cleansing pill..He said it was all natural & couldn’t hurt.
Anyone know the facts?
Is it really good for helping remove toxins…
& what should i expect to…well come out?

Well I remember being shoved full of things during the Holocaust . .maybe it has something to do with string theory . . . Maybe it is entertainment for some people. Maybe theyve already read all the books in all the libraries

I am going to start dieting & exercising starting this week and i researched colon cleansing and am going to do that to help loose some extra pounds at first and to make me healthier. My question is, what is the correct procedure? I am going to use laxatives (the natural way would take 3 weeks of only drinking liquids and eating NO food).
I take a lot of meds which cause constipation. I’ve tied over the counter fiber drinks, fruit & vegtables, cereal but I am not going regularly. I’ve ask my doc who suggested the above. Is there anything out there that can do the job? Thank You
I am 13 yrs old,Im 5′ 7" (I know I’m tall) & I weigh 145lbs. I have a really big bone structure so that adds on to my weight too. Please dont tell me Im fat because I hear it enough from myself. I hate to look in the mirror & see my stomach so big and UGLY! So for my New Years Resolution Imma try to flatten my tummy by the summer so I can wear a bikini again. I am 15 and wieigh 117 and im only 5′4" . I used to have a flat stomach, but a little pouch type look has occured on my lower stomach, so I started working out more often and i’m now down to 110, and i am dancing again to help stay fit, but i still have the little pouch. I even watch what I eat. Im a vegitarian, and don’t eat fast food… so wut can I do to get back my flat stomach, and get rid of this ugly lower stomach fat?

What’s a good way, exercises to lose belly fat. I’m pretty skinny but just have belly fat and I want a flat stomach. I’m 14. 5 ft & 3 inches. What are good exercises to do? What’s a good work out?
Okay, I am 14, I weight 145 (I know that sounds like a lot but just wait), I am 5′ 8” (see? I’m tall.) I want to lose at least 15 lbs the HEALTHY way. I play soccer 3x a week (practice tuesdays, not very good exercise though, pretty laid back), game on wednesdays (good exercise), and all star practices on fridays (good exercise.) I also have all star tournaments but not every weekend. I volunteer at a camp and we walk to a pool & swim everyday (I don’t always swim though.) I don’t eat horribly but they could be improved. Whats I’m going to try to do is cut our junk (brownies, cookies, chocolate, chips, ect.) I’m also going to either run or cycle saturdays & sundays for 30-60min. I’m also going to add in some strength stuff (crunches, lunges, squats, ect.) after the run/cycle to tone up. If anyone has any more suggestions for me, that would really help! But please, I don’t want people telling me to use acai berry, colon cleanse, starvation diet, or any diets for that matter because I’m doing this the healthy way. Thank you! ![]()
