I am 13 years old and I want to have a flat stomach by the summer so I can wear a bikini without feeling insecure. I don’t have much of a belly hanging out, but I wanna look really good. I want my stomach FLAT. Not flat enough to see my ribs, but just flat. I don’t want to change my diet because I don’t want to risk my health.
I just need to know what exercises to do. For how long. And for how many days. I can’t go to a gym because you have to be 16 at my local gym. So tell me what to do, for how long, how many times a day and for how many days. Thanks in advance!!
Ok, I am NOT taking any diet pills, or running miles a day. I am not fat! I am 5′1 and weigh 95 lbs. I don’t want to lose weight. I just want to get my stomach in shape.
