		<description>Just crunches and a healthy diet alone isn&#039;t going to get you anywhere.  It&#039;s good that you&#039;re doing them but you need to do other workouts as well.  You should try planks, side planks, and exercises that will work your obliques.  You also need to do cardio because it burns fat.  If you don&#039;t do cardio then your going to end up with a bigger stomach because you&#039;ll build muscle under the fat.</description>

Along with a healthy diet I&#039;d say about about a month and a half. But maybe shorter is you throw in other exercises.</description>

It&#039;ll take you a while cause you need cardio like running and jump roping ...your also gonna have to change your diet...to get a six pack you have to be 10% fat
