If I do 200 crunches per day…how long will it take to get a flat stomach?
I am doing 200 crunches per day. I am 13 years old (please don’t say ‘you’re far too young for that’, because I know what I’m doing.
How long will it take to get a flat stomach? If it is just the crunches, a healthy diet and an odd bit of excercise.

Just crunches and a healthy diet alone isn’t going to get you anywhere. It’s good that you’re doing them but you need to do other workouts as well. You should try planks, side planks, and exercises that will work your obliques. You also need to do cardio because it burns fat. If you don’t do cardio then your going to end up with a bigger stomach because you’ll build muscle under the fat.
No you’re not too young!
Along with a healthy diet I’d say about about a month and a half. But maybe shorter is you throw in other exercises.
You need to do more cardio too-at least 30 minutes to help get rid of the fat over your stomache. I’d think it would be at least 6 weeks.
If you know what you’re doing…then why are you asking? You’d also know that any core workout isn’t going to trim fat off the abs, they just strenghten them.
haha i tried that back in the day…we have the same name btw.
It’ll take you a while cause you need cardio like running and jump roping …your also gonna have to change your diet…to get a six pack you have to be 10% fat
So try take a look at these videos i made them…but i have a six pack now from doing all this stuff check it out

a month
Get an Ab coaster i have one but you also need to stretch and do cardio
You’re in the prime age for a six pack. Cardio will not get you a six pack because I did alot of carido and it did not work. In addition to the crunches also have healthy food and have a diet of mostly fruits and veggies. To have just a flat stomach don’t eat to much, and exercise. A flat stomach just need muscle and less eating, but a six pack need no fat, diet, and alot of exercise.
