can running around the block help me get a flat stomach?
i want to get a flat stomach, but when i run the mile at school, i feel intimidated… i like to run calmly without worrying about anyone racing. will this help me get a flat stomach? ppl keep saying to do crunches nd push ups, but i like running more…. plz answer. ![]()

do both…wake up early and do as many situps as you can within 2 minutes….then run a few miles…
Thats military training in a nutshell…eat less and do that with crunches at nightime your stomach will look tight

flat? running is great cardio and burns plenty calories. it will definitely help you lose weight and be more skinny. but as far as looking toned or flat, crunches will help it look more flat.
yes but it will take plenty of time to do so. you may wanna try other excersizes too or even become a member of a local gym or something. its a hard thing to acomplish but stay determined!
