I am a teenager, I have read that this is a healthy supplement. I just want to know that if I use acai burn alone will it give me the same results as using colon cleanse and acai burn together?

I have extremely frequent diarrhea from food intolerances and I want to find a way to stop it without completely stopping eating the foods (carbohydrates). I saw something about an oral supplement called colon cleanse and i’ve also thought about getting a colonic. But those are usually for people who are constipated and I have the opposite problem.
